Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges, provided contact is made within seven days of delivery. Items for exchange must be returned to us and received within fourteen days of original receipt.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
You can return regular priced items within seven days upon delivery if, and only if, your purchase does not fit. All of the measurements are listed within the posting: please check that the sizing matches your measurements prior to purchasing. Emails us if you have any questions!
Items must be unworn, tags still attached, free of odor, and in perfect condition. All sale items are final sale. The cost of the clothing will be refunded only after items are received and inspected for conditions listed above.
Shipping fees are not refundable, return costs are your responsibility, and we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Please note that any fees or additional charges from shopify, paypal, or credit card providers will be deducted from the refund of your returned purchase.
Return for custom orders: custom items are refundable at our discretion.
